For example, Directory Manager automates the importing and indexing of electronic files directly into the document and content management system, working with any electronic file from any source or media, including images, scanned documents from network scanners, digital photocopiers or fax servers, as well as original electronic files on individual workstations.

Directory Manager also controls versions and features document check-in/check-out to make sure that users are working with the latest and most accurate version of a document. Directory Manager shares the security, scalability, reliability and interoperability of Image Silo and PaperVision®, guaranteeing the integrity and availability of the data.

Another PaperVision® optional add-on, Advanced Administration Pack, is useful for larger enterprises seeking even more security and convenience. The Administration Pack enhances PaperVision®’s system administration and facilitates powerful, yet elegantly simple storage replication. Its integration capabilities allow network administrators to access administration functions from third-party applications.

DataFlow automatically extracts data from computer reports and integrates it directly with PaperVision® software to electronically store, manage and instantaneously retrieve documents. It allows users to view, print, fax, manipulate and email these documents from anywhere in the world.
