Secure Hard Copy Storage

Swift and accurate traceability for every item is an essential aspect of successful records management. At Grace we use a unique computerised barcode system to define, index and track so we know the location of every item at all times.

The system is fully computerised, with the barcodes interfacing with our records management software. We use O'Neil RS-SQL software, the global leader in computerised records management. The system is enhanced by regular stock takes and reconciliations to maintain accuracy and control at all times.

When your information arrives at our facility, it is immediately scanned and sent to an incoming warehouse area. The information is then scanned out of the incoming area and scanned into a stock picker for transportation within the facility. Once the correct location is found the container is scanned out of the stock picker and into the appropriate racking bay for storage. When information is requested the same process takes place in reverse.
