Application Service Provider

ASP is an outsource solution for organisations that would like to enjoy the benefits of an information management system without having to purchase specialised hardware and software.

As part of this service, Grace converts business records and files to digital images, creating multiple index values under which document images can be searched, viewed, printed, faxed and emailed.

The ASP solution is easy to use – users establish a connection to Grace then launch and run the ASP solution. The database for all of the index values of imaged files is Microsoft SQL while the operating system is Microsoft Windows 2000 Professional.

Users view images on their own workstation, without moving the image file across the network. Information is called up in under a second, whether the document is a single page file or consists of hundreds of pages.

The system is totally secure and copies are written to Magnetic Optical Disk as a disaster recovery and archival quality backup.
