PaperFlow™ can interface with hundreds of different scanners, including desktop and production-level scanners running at speeds of 400 images per minute or faster.

PaperFlow™ overcomes potential input bottlenecks with innovative and timesaving features, including automatically scheduling non-urgent processes to occur during off-peak hours. Its unique document indexing options ensure accuracy while minimizing operator keystrokes.

Our Optical Character Recognition (OCR) processes are carried out by OCRFlow™, a system that integrates precise engines and intuitive quality control measures to guarantee the accurate recognition of processed text with minimal operator intervention.

The system includes a powerful search feature that can identify specific words or phrases on a single page in reams of documents. The data can be further manipulated and shared across various applications, significantly reducing the need for editing and rewriting.

The quality of scanned images is governed by QCFlow™. Using a thumbnail view, operators can rapidly view images for overall quality and can call up a specific image for checking in detail. Problem documents can be tagged for seamless reprocessing in PaperFlow.

QCFlow also verifies that captured data has been scanned and indexed properly and provides a host of intuitive, manual and automated tools to render data precisely and correct mistakes.
