Document Management and Retrieval

We use leading edge software, PaperVision® Enterprise, to control access and increase information security.

PaperVision® automates the importing and indexing of electronic files directly into the document and content management system. It works with any electronic file from any source or media, including: images; documents from network scanners, digital photocopiers or fax servers; as well as original electronic files on individual workstations.

Files are indexed by folder and/or file names, as well as by the last date they were modified. They can also be searched for, using specific words or phrases within the file. Version control and document check-in/check-out features ensure that users are working with the latest and most accurate version of a document.

PaperVision® is compatible with almost every computer system and offers you the automation and tracking of business processes throughout your information lifecycle.
