Security Measures

Grace Information & Records Management places strong emphasis on security and confidentiality.

Our security policy

Security and access controlGrace maintains strict information security and access control integrity by not subcontracting our delivery services. New staff members undergo a thorough screening process which includes:

  • work reference checks
  • Police criminal security check

In addition every staff member is required to complete a Company Confidentiality Deed as part of their employment terms.

Grace network security monitoring

All Grace facilities maintain a high level of site security. Grace sites are enclosed within perimeter fencing, which at some sites includes electrification. Sites also have intruder-resistant barriers, closed-circuit TV and 24-hour monitored back-to-base alarms. Access to storage areas within the facilities is restricted to authorised personnel only.

Security monitoringIn addition to our strict national security monitoring, our Grace Canberra facility is part of an elite group of Australian sites accredited with the Australian Governments Protective Security Policy Framework (PSPF) Zone 4 clearance. The PSPF aims to protect its people, information and assets, at home and overseas. Zone 4 clearance is the highest security accreditation achievable by a commercial provider, allowing the Australian Government to store protective security policies and procedures in our Canberra facility with confidence.
